SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Method: We utilize USPS Priority Mail for all shipments within Illinois. This service provides reliable and fast delivery.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated using the flat rate used by USPS.  If ordering more than 2 boxes, email or call us and we'll get you a better shipping rate.

Delivery Times: USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1-3 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Tracking: All orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail come with tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Items: In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

Local Pickup: For customers in the Chicagoland area, local pickup options are available. Please contact us to arrange a time for pickup.

REFUND POLICY

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: We take pride in our handcrafted toffee and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us!
 

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
     

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

  • If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We may request photos to assist in processing your claim.
     

Refund Process:

  1. Contact us at info@thirdcoasttoffee.com or 847-962-0975 with your order details and reason for the return.

  2. If your refund is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exclusions:

  • We cannot offer refunds on items that have been opened or consumed.

  • Seasonal or limited edition flavors may be excluded from the refund policy.
